- Gather We want to provide a welcoming place where people can come as they are and experience an atmosphere of     acceptance and grace. A safe place where relationships can be formed with one another and God.
- Grow We want to help and encourage everyone to grow in discipleship and for them to be both ministering in the gifts and power of the Spirit and also to become Godly in character.
- Give We believe everyone gets to play. We want to encourage the whole church to meet needs with love, serve with humility, giving their time, energy and money. We want to give ourselves to God, the church and the community.
- Go We want to be a church that lives out the words and works of Jesus wherever we are in our community. We will be seeking to establish practical ways of helping the community that are relevant to the city and will demonstrate the love of God.
- Glorify We want to be a church that is characterised by passionate and intimate worship. We believe our first call is to worship God and we want to give God that which is due to him as we are led by the Spirit.
